**Who You Are**

You are an experienced Implementation Specialist with knowledge of capital projects, cost and commercial management, and project controls. You want to join a small, collaborative team that applies Enstoa's innovative and flexible project delivery approach. This is a dynamic position where you will leverage your knowledge of cost management, contract management, change management, business process, and project controls to assist with implementing, testing, and supporting complex cost management technology. You will work with a team focused on improving and executing capital and facilities project delivery. You must be a keen, logically minded learner and problem solver and be able to translate system designs into live working systems.

**What You'll Do**

As part of Digital Solutions, you will work with a client-facing team in a fast-paced environment, with a current focus on the Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Energy & Resources & Utilities industries. As an Implementation Specialist, you will follow the instructions of a Solution Architect to configure and implement cost management systems. Your responsibilities will include data collection, system configuration, implementation, testing, and supporting cost management systems as a Project Information Management System component. You will report to the Digital Solutions Team Director.

**Responsibilities**:

- Configuration, modification, enhancement, and techno-functional support of cost management system implementations
- Provide technical and functional assistance to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to cost management system implementations
- Translate business functional requirements into technical specifications
- Prepare technical documents on processes, and client communication, including support instructions for addressing frequently occurring issues
- Involve in the development, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of system integrations
- Flexibility to support an end to end implementation projects or support implementations through design, configuration, integration, test training
- Develop technical documentation, such as test scripts
- Execute data migration plans
- Solve problems and execute implementation deliverables with mínimal instruction
- Work with the Engagement Lead, Project Manager, and Solution Architect to manage client expectations, scope, and schedule
- Escalate any issues promptly to project leadership
- Some travel to Riyadh may be required
- Ability to work Middle East work days and client hours

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Aconex Connected Cost or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience configuring, implementing, supporting, and administrating cost management systems
- Knowledge of cost management, project management, project controls, construction, and engineering processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint)
- Interpersonal communication and collaboration skills to work with a complex user base
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams

**Desirables (nice to have's)**
- Relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., PMI, PMP, Oracle certifications, etc.)
- Experience implementing and deploying other project management software platforms such as Aconex, Primavera P6, Primavera Unifier, e-Builder, Prism, PMWeb, etc.
- Ability to demo solutions to clients.
