**_Recra are working in partnership_** with a well established tier 1 supplier to the automotive industry, they are looking to at a HR advisor to their team to work effectively with all stakeholders to ensure the provision of an efficient people information and administration service for the company.

**Duties**:

- To be the first point of contact for all HR related queries.
- Administration of all HR documentation, such as offer letters, contracts of employment and leavers.
- Manage database and utilise system enhancements.
- Coordinate new employee inductions
- Payroll administration
- Administering absenteeism and absence management system
- Assist with the recruitment process i.e. liaise with recruitment agencies, set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.
- Assist with the coordination/collation of documents for internal/external audits.
- Administering and co-ordinating the health and safety management system
- Maintenance of all hourly paid records.
- Organising and administering staff association meetings
- Administering/advising and supporting disciplinary events
- Lead employee engagement at the site
- Communicating Company information via appropriate channel
- Co-ordinating first aid arrangements, systems and accident reporting
- Internal training of shop floor supervision in “Return to Work” interviews ensuring that Company Policy is adhered to and applied consistently across all areas.
- Arrange/book training courses as required.
- Undertaking miscellaneous duties as required by the company in support of personnel requirements e.g. uniforms, lockers etc.
- Action health & safety checks i.e. flu, eye checks, hearing tests, ISO cyanite tests/monitoring.
- Liaise with Peninsula.

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Monthly Management Reports - absenteeism / turnover / health & safety
- Immediate Accident Reporting

**Qualifications**:

- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification - desirable
- O level or GCSE in English and Mathematics - essential

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong administration skills - essential
- Ability to work on own initiative and without supervision - essential
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills - essential
- 3 years experience in an HR role ideally in a medium-size manufacturing environment - essential
- Able to work accurately, with attention to detail - essential
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels, confidently and appropriately - essential
- Experience of dealing with disciplinarians and grievances - essential
- Good understanding of Employment Law - essential

**Job Details**:

- 8-5 Mon-Thurs and 8-2 Friday
- This role would be based out of their site in coventry but supporting their site in Kettering once a week.
