The Regional Therapist position is a new unique role within Therapie Clinic, where you will experience the culture, treatment mix and client base of a number of our amazing clinics within your specific region. As a Regional Therapist you will work with Market Leading Technology and develop your experience by performing the most advanced treatments within the market.
This is a dynamic role where you will need to have a deep understanding of all treatments (Laser Hair Removal, Body and Skin) and products, having the ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs. As a Regional Therapist you must have full time availability between Monday to Sunday along with willingness to work evenings. This Is a full-time position within the specific region mentioned above.

**What we are looking for**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in laser with experience in body.
- Relevant Beauty Qualification.
- Full driving license.
- Ability to commit to full time hours with willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- Experience with sales and targets
- People orientated - friendly, positive demeanour with strong communication skills.
- A genuine passion for beauty & aesthetics.
- Be able to work as a part of a team and also under own initiative.
- Reliable, hardworking and ability to work in a busy fast paced environment.
- Sales focused and experience with targets.
**Know the role**
- Perform a range of advanced treatments across Laser Hair Removal, Body and Skin treatments.
- Analysing clients' needs and recommending appropriate treatments alongside home care requirements.
- Having a deep understanding of different skin types, conditions & product knowledge to provide effective skincare advise and recommendations.
- Be an ambassador for Thérapie, providing an enthusiastic and memorable client experience at all times.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, educating and informing yourself on new products and services available and introducing these to your clients.
- Create a partnership by sharing your treatment plan with your client, educate and link recommended homecare across all brands.
- Drive sales across the clinic through upselling and crossing selling of product and services, ensuring KPIs are achieved.
- Front of House duties which include customer service, stock management and merchandising standards.
- Ensure the health and safety of clients at all times when performing treatments.
- Flexibility & adaptability to move between clinic within your region to support the overall operation of the clinic. This will ensure that we are delivering unrivalled client experience.
