**Retail Resourcer - Head Office, London - Full Time**
- 37.5 hours per week_

**Purpose of the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support both Store Management teams and Regional Business Managers with recruitment needs for existing and new stores
- Responsible for posting store vacancies both on our careers site and external job boards
- Carry out targeted head hunting where required
- Drive new ways of attracting talent and use social networking to engage and excite
- Conducting telephone interviews for management vacancies to assess suitability
- Acting as the first point of contact for all stores with regards to their Sales Advisor vacancies
- Assisting with recruiting for new store openings
- Organise any external advertising, focusing on shopping/outlet centres
- Maintain and build relationships with our recruitment partners
- Maintain consistency and quality of all recruitment activity from start to finish, ensuring this is also best practice of internal managers and key partners alike
