Summary

We are looking to recruit a Receptionist working 35 hours per week to provide a professional customer focused and friendly reception service to ensure a quality service experience for all centre users at all times.

**About the role**

As receptionist, you will be responsible for collecting admission fees from customers and dealing with queries received into the leisure centre, whilst providing a professional customer focused service.

You will also be assisting in promoting and selling both the services and products.

**About you**

With excellent communication and people skills, you should possess a recognised customer based qualification such as an NVQ in customer care/ reception skills or the equivalent in experience.

The ability to remain calm and composed in pressurised situations and to work with minimum supervision is also essential criteria as Receptionist.

**Interviews will be held on Friday 15th September 2023.
