**What you’ll be doing as our Apprentice HR Assistant**:

- Support the HR Talent Manager with onboarding
- Working closely with and support the HR Advisor.
- Support with daily, weekly and monthly contractual reports for the HR Advisor and HR Manager along with internal stakeholders.
- Analyse and interpret datasets.
- Support with the maintenance of data on People HR, ensuring Data Protection governance.
- Supporting the HR team with HR projects as and when required.

**The Skills, Knowledge and Experience you will need as our Apprentice HR Assistant**:

- MS Office proficient, team player, good communicator, proactive, understanding of budget and costs

**Support we will give to our **Apprentice HR Assistant**:

- Full training and support will be given upon joining for daily tasks, including all systems used within the HR team.
- Full support will be given by the HR team for on-the-job training and study support

We haven’t yet confirmed our 2023 apprenticeship salary, but as a guide our current starting salary for L3-4 Apprentices is £16,000pa and L5-7is £21,000pa. We will also pay for your tuition and course fees.
