Clinical Lead

s a Clinical Team Lead you will ensure that the highest standard of clinical care is delivered to residents at all times during the day within company policies and procedures and the NMC Code of Conduct, promoting each person’s privacy, dignity and independence, and working together as a team to create a happy and caring atmosphere.
You will assist the Registered Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home on a 24-hour basis and to stand in for the Registered Manager across the whole range of their duties in their absence.

**Essential**:
- Active NMC Registration (PIN Number)
- Previous management experience within a nursing home environment
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a nursing care or similar care setting
- Strong leadership skills including the ability to initiate and manage change processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including IT skills.
- Strong knowledge of NMC code of Conduct and standards and the revalidation process
- Strong knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards
- Robust knowledge and skills in promoting Person Centered Care.
- Proven ability to lead, supervise, motivate and manage a large team of staff.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills, with a good eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills and able to adapt to different levels.
- Previous experience in people management processes
- A flexible approach to working hours.
**Desired**:
- NVQ/RMA/Diploma level 5 or equivalent management qualification
- Experience in delivering internal training for staff members.
- A sound grasp of business and operational management within a large organisation.
