We provide affordable homes and a wide range of support services to enable our customers and communities to thrive and enjoy life. We recognise each of our customers is unique and everyone has different needs and we provide a wide range of services supporting people with mental health requirements, family support and volunteer projects. We are members of Homes for Cathy. You will be instrumental in supporting this.

Our mission is to Transform Homes, Lives and Communities, and this role is core to helping us achieve that. The role leads a team which helps our customers to live happy, independent and successful lives, by offering specialist homes and tailored support. It involves building and maintaining strong partnerships with a wide range of statutory and other agencies. We are currently on site with new independent living scheme in central Burton of 76 apartments and have a number of other schemes in development in South Derbyshire and North West Leicestershire. You will lead a growing team of 25 staff to manage key relationships and help households to sustain their tenancies through targeted support for health and wellbeing, personal safety, financial stability and digital inclusion. You will also be responsible for our Housing First and Next Steps projects and initiatives to prevent and reduce homelessness. You will also lead our approach to addressing Domestic Abuse and the development of our support service in this area. Trent & Dove Housing are proud to be a member of the Rural Homelessness Counts Coalition, a collective of over 20 leading charities and housing associations. You will be a key part of this.

Whenever a customer needs extra help to live independently, you’ll be responsible for making it happen and making that difference to their lives. Working with our public, private and voluntary sector partners you will make sure that we provide the best possible mix of accommodation, amenities and support.

We’ll need you think and work beyond our current horizons - finding ways to grow and extend the supported housing service to new groups and through innovative approaches to boosting quality of life.
