**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Your duties as the Flow Cytometry Application Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. You will be working closely with the sales team by supporting the sales of the MACSQuant family of instruments, and the sales of flow cytometry and sorting antibodies and consumables.
2. The Flow Cytometry Application Specialist will develop the company's relationships with customers and key opinion leaders in academia, biotech, CRO/CMO and pharmaceutical companies.
3. Another duty will be to conduct instrument training, present seminars, perform instrument demonstrations and support the business at trade fairs, congresses and symposia
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Relevant MSc or PhD degree in Immunology, Cancer research, Stem cell research or haematology.
2. Proven industry experience with multi-parameter flow cytometry, the design of antibody panels and good knowledge of cell sorting.
3. It is desirable to have experience of delivering training to colleagues or small groups.
