Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage, including both visible and hidden damage.
- Use computer software and industry-standard tools to create accurate repair estimates.
- Consult with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication throughout the repair process.
- Work closely with technicians and other team members to ensure that repairs are carried out to a high standard and within the agreed timeframe.
- Maintain accurate records of all assessments and estimates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Estimator/VDA in an automotive repair environment.
- Excellent knowledge of automotive repair techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Proficiency in the use of industry-standard software, such as Audatex, Glassmatix, or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assessments and estimates simultaneously.
