Admin Assistant

Multi Trades Recruitment are looking an Admin Assistant to join our HR Information and Systems team and support the transition to a new HR/Payroll system. This is a temporary position for approximately 2 months, with the possibility of extension depending on project requirements.
- Full time role
- 37.5 Hours
- 8.30am - 17.00pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform basic data entry tasks to support the HR Information and Systems team.
- Scan and electronically file documents.
- Carry out general administrative duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in the office on some days as required, but can be flexible with days.
