**About The Role**:
We're looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our friendly Resourcing team

You'll be a key part of our team and will support our Convenience hourly recruitment function.

Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you'll support our Convenience Store Managers to attract and retain new talent into the business whilst striving to deliver key recruitment metrics.

This role benefits from a 4.5 day working week, the team currently spends 2 days a week together in the office, with the flexibility to work from home for the other 2.5 days. We’re looking for someone who is able to travel to various stores across the UK to provide recruitment support and lead on assessment centres.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Advertising roles across various platforms including our own careers page and external job boards
- Travel to stores across the UK to support with recruitment days and processes
- Participating in regular team, peer and department meetings to support the resourcing agenda
- Supporting the Recruitment Manager and the Resourcing Specialists where required

Producing MI, data analysis and regular reporting to senior stakeholders

**About You**:
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has:

- Ability to work with a sense of urgency without compromising quality of work
- A passion for listening and providing a great service to stakeholders
- Flexibility, adaptability, teamwork and the ability to work under pressure
- Prior experience in recruitment or a similar service orientated environment is advantageous, but not essential
- Proactive approach with willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and desire to follow process
- Excellent verbal communication and naturally inquisitive
