**Job Title**: Digital Marketer with Design Skills

**Job goal**: Expose our site to our target customers

**Location**: Turing House, M15 5RL

**About Employer**:

- Our platform is based on “WordPress”, + E-learning with “LearnDash” plugin + Community features with “BuddyBoss”.
- Creating pages and posts using the “Elementor” plugin.

**Contract Details**:

- Initially **3-month contract** with potential extension or conversion to full-time based on performance.
- **£1800 ~ £2100 monthly** depending on experience or job coverage.
- _**Bonuses will be awarded**_ based on results when accomplish its target.

Main target: Expose our site to our target customers
- **Onsite work** from 9am to 5pm (1hour lunchtime).

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Expose our site to target customers
- Set up/monitor/analyse Google Ads & Console &Analytics.
- Page/blog creation with great SEO skills, using Elementor plugin.
- Upload our content to our SNS on a regular base.
- Improve our website loading speed
- Use various other marketing know-how

2. Web design
- Wordpress based UI/UX designs.
- Improve and manage e-learning/community interface.

3. Assist with textbook design and production
- Create PowerPoint infographic textbook/video.

(require basic PowerPoint skills, others to be acquired at ease)

**Citizenship Requirements**:

- **MUST** **hold a British passport**.

**Essential Requirements**:

- 2-3 years experience in digital marketing
- Proficient in managing Google Ads, Analytics, and other platform
- Know-how to expose a website to the right targets
- Great SEO skills using “Elementor” plugin
- Proficient in managing UI/UX of Wordpress-based websites.
- Familiar use of Adobe Creative Suite / Sketch or similar.
- Strong understanding and troubleshooting WordPress plugins.
- Basic programming for design using CSS + HTML

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Experience in creating infographics and PowerPoint presentations.
