Swift Temps are actively recruiting for a number of Campaign Assistant / Customer Service in Trafford Park, Manchester.

**JOB ROLE**

You will be able to accept ownership for effectively resolving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour. This is a customer service type position, not a sales role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions
- Build relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Attend training to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targetsRequirements:

- Previous experience in a customer support role and familiarity with customer relationship management systems and practices
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
- Customer focus, and adaptability to different personality types

**Hours;**
- Monday - Sunday
- Friday OFF
- 1530-2030 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- 1030-1930 Saturday and Sunday.

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Campaign Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
