**Overview**:
An administrator is required to join an existing mortgage administration team in the Leeds office, working with one of the best-known mortgage broker firms in the West Yorkshire area, with full mortgage admin training provided.

**Main Duties**:A mortgage administrator is required to join an existing mortgage administration team in the office in the Leeds area.

As a mortgage administrator, you will be required to work alongside the established administrative team, as well as the whole of market mortgage and protection brokers, offering full administrative support.

Working with this established well-known mortgage broker firm, you will check the mortgage brokers’ new business cases to ensure the mortgage case is compliant and meet the FCA’s rules and regulations.

As well as dealing with new and existing clients, you will also be required to chase the relevant mortgage lenders, surveyors, and retailers, ensuring the smooth running of the mortgage process. You will be required to chase any outstanding information requiredto ensure first-class customer service is offered.

As well as dealing with all parties involved in the home buying process, as a mortgage administrator in Leeds, you will ensure that all documentation is correct, compliant, and enclosed.

Full training is provided for applicants who do not possess previous mortgage admin experience.

**Remuneration**:
£20,000 - £23,000 basic, plus pension, DIS, 25 days holiday.

**Key Skills**:
The key to this position is attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent keyboard skills and competent in Microsoft products, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy is also essential.

**Summary**:
