About Us

Snowdonia National Park Authority protects the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage of Eryri National Park. Covering 823 miles of diverse landscape, the Park is home to over 26,000 people, the highest mountain in Wales and the largest natural lake in Wales.

The Carneddau Landscape Partnership Scheme (CLPS) is a five year programme which seeks to protect the threatened heritage of the Carneddau by increasing understanding and enjoyment of the area's cultural and natural heritage.

We are now looking for a Welsh
- and English-speaking Carneddau Landscape Partnership Scheme Support Officer to join us on a full-time basis for a fixed-term contract until 31st March 2026.

The Role

As a Carneddau Landscape Partnership Scheme Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to the CLPS.

Managing scheme finances, you will maintain records, administer contracts and provide administrative support to the Project Manager alongside an Administrative Assistant. You will collect data for grant claims, monitor project budgets, create forecasts, and administer income.

Working closely with partners, stakeholders and colleagues, you will hold regular review meetings and conduct training on the scheme’s contracting and funding systems.

**Additionally, you will**:

- Create guidelines for our procedures
- Develop effective administrative systems
- Process invoices and payments
- Respond to requests from fund officers, project partners and stakeholders

About You

To be considered as a Carneddau Landscape Partnership Scheme Support Officer, you will need:

- Good communication skills (in both Welsh and English)
- Experience of administrative office work, including in the use of computers and financial systems
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- An NVQ level 3 in business administration, or an equivalent qualification
- A full, valid driving licence
