Monitor Cleaning Services is recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to work with our existing team on behalf of our client, Crawley Borough Council. You will need to be friendly, self-motivated, hardworking, and reliable. Your role will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities within the prestigious new town hall building.
Shift Times:
5.30pm -7.52pm Monday to Friday (11.83 hours per week)
Rate:
£12 per hour
Anticipated Start Date:
24th June 2024
- **Duties Will Include**:_
- Dusting, damp wipe or washing walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
- Hovering of carpeted areas.
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- Be able to competently mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
- Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels
- Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks.
- Clean communal kitchen areas.

- Knowledge of cleaning substances and techniques preferable.
