Job Role: Head of Partnerships

£40,000 - £50,000 Base Salary DOE + Car Allowance £85,000 OTE uncapped

Location: On-site, Sunderland City Centre, North East England

Our mission is to utilise new products; innovative approaches; technology; and excellent service to disrupt B2B markets and exceed customer expectations.

This role holder will be personable and professional, capable of impressing new partners and maximising our most valuable relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive sales and revenue growth through a range of affiliates.
- Leverage an existing network of businesses to establish and nurture strategic partnerships.
- Identify and onboard new partners to expand our network and service offerings.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to maximise their performance and drive mutual success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of partnership initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of partnership managers to effectively execute partnership strategies and meet targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management or related roles, preferably in the B2B sector.
