Venn Group are pleased to have partnered with one of our valued healthcare clients, who are in the market for a driven and engaging Communications Lead for the following assignment:
**Location**:

Oxfordshire (flexible working)

**Duration:

**Six months

**Rate**:

£25.15 per hour + holiday pay

**Hours**:

-37.5 hours per week

**Main duties include**:

- Developing and monitoring the communications and marketing plan across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire, including updating the newsletter, websites and social media feeds as required
- Influencing local level strategies, priorities and plans where necessary paying particular attention to hard to reach staff groups
- Continuously identifying and making recommendations to the steering group for improvement, influencing changes to local practices within the organisation and with key stakeholders as required
- Spearheading the development and subsequent implementation of a comprehensive communications and marketing plan
- Leading on content creation across a range of platforms (comms, social media, websites, articles, leaflets and posters, etc.)
- Responsible for ensuring project remains within budget and time deadlines

**Essential skills/experience required**:

- Experience working within the NHS or wider public sector is desirable
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
- Proven experience delivering communications projects in time and on budget
