**Client Success Lead**

This is an exciting opportunity for an efficient and enthusiastic individual to join our client’s small team and to ensure client satisfaction across the board. We are looking for someone who is will to go above and beyond to ensure all interactions with the client are standout. Our client is a successful start-up, so you will be involved, more generally, in helping to deliver continued growth and maintain the exceptional service standards already in place.

**Client Success Lead Responsibilities**

As the Client Success Lead some of your duties will include:

- Senior stakeholder management & Relationship building
- Ensuring each project has a clear strategy in place to achieve growth
- Objection handling & problem solving
- Reporting & Analysis
- Working with wider team to identify trends, challenges & opportunities
- Responsibility for leading and developing and coaching a team of Account Managers/ Account Executive

**Client Success Lead Experience**

The Client Success Lead will have excellent communication skills with a proactive and determined approach to work. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with a background in account management and/or client services. This is a varied and fast-paced role and therefore you will have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively. We are looking for someone who had leadership experience/qualities.

**Location**

Based right in the heart of Oxford City Centre (OX1), this is a great location to work in. With great transport links, and the new Westgate Shopping Centre right by, you will enjoy the buzz of working in the centre of Oxford.

Our client also offers hybrid working 1-2 days per week in the office (flexible to suit you but attendance at ad-hoc team meetings expected.)
