We are currently seeking for a Kitchen Porter to join our passionate kitchen brigade at Lime Wood.

Lime Wood is a 33-bedroom boutique country house set in the heart of the New Forest National Park. It is laid-back 5* luxury at its best, with Chefs Angela Hartnett and Luke Holder at the helm of the kitchen and a wellness spa within the grounds.

**About the role**:
As Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintain the efficient set up and service of our busy kitchen.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Ensure kitchen utensils, crockery and equipment is clean and well-stocked.
- Mop floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces.
- Check machinery and kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order. Report any faults to the Head Chef.
- Empty bins and ensure materials are being recycled.
- Clean and polish glasses ready for service.

**About you**:
Experience working in a kitchen as a Porter or similar role is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Commitment and the ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment is a must. All applicants must be able to work on their feet through their shift.
