- First, you’ll need the right qualifications. For Technology roles in England, that’s 3 A Levels (or equivalent) at BCC.

**Working in Bournemouth**
Whilst our fantastic office facilities in Bournemouth will make you want to come to the office to work every day, we are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in.
