If you have a passion for IT and technology then this is the role for you An exciting new opportunity has become available within **Ambitions Academies Trust**, they are on the hunt for an IT enthusiast to join their team at **Wey Valley Academy**

This opportunity will allow you to develop your current skills, grow within the industry and gain a recognised qualification.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Provide IT support to clients who require support
- Support the senior team members with matters relating to e-safety, network security, and resources
- Prepare and build new PCs and Laptops ready for deployment to staff
- Repair PCs and laptops

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- £20,441 Per annum
- Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 24 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. This rises to 29 days after five years with Ambitions Academies Trust

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- A positive attitude
- Willing to learn and eager to develop
- Passion for IT and interest in technology - knowledge of hardware and software is beneficial
- Ability to use your own initiative
- Motivated team player
- Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and English or Level 2 Functional Skills
