**Digital Marketing Apprentice**

An exciting opportunity for a Content Creator Apprentice has arisen to join our Marketing Team. You will be reporting to the Creative Director and Head of Marketing.

Mon to Fri - 9am to 5pm

**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- Provide customer service on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook) for 1 hour each day, 5 days a week. Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image. Actively interact with followers and aligned brands through likes and comments, fostering genuine relationships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and produce 4 to 10 TikTok videos each week, dedicating some time to brainstorming, filming, editing, and scheduling engaging content. These videos should align with the brand's communications strategy and current trends, aiming to increase brand awareness and user engagement on the platform.
- Produce a weekly blog, spending some time on research, writing, proofreading, and scheduling. The blog should be well-written, informative, on-brand, and engaging, covering topics relevant to our target audience and current trends. It should also incorporate SEO strategies to enhance visibility and drive traffic to the website.
- Manage the scheduling of TikTok and Facebook content on a weekly basis. This will be based on our communications strategy, but planning, curation, and scheduling posts for these specific platforms’ formats will be required. This includes writing or adjusting captions, hashtags, images, and timing for optimal reach and engagement through the scheduling platform Later.
- Attend social meetings to collaborate with the marketing team in brainstorming ideas, discussing strategies, and contributing to the overall marketing efforts. Active participation, creativity, and effective communication skills are essential to ensure the smooth coordination of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Content Creator Qualification.
