HR Compliance Administrator

You will work 37.5 hours a week alongside a growing department, which will see you provide experienced and skilled administrative support. You will complement the HR Compliance Team and provide administrative support by assessing sponsorship applicants’eligibility for Certificates of Sponsorship and collaborate with other teams to allow for an efficient onboarding and landing process for sponsored applicants.

This role will play a vital part in ensuring a smooth process therefore we are looking for an applicant who has a proven record of dealing with complex administrative tasks with an eye for detail.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Prepare Certificates of Sponsorship for eligible applicants
- Respond in a timely fashion to any enquiries raised by staff or applicants
- Prepare relevant documents as required for compliance needs
- Assist other teams in the maintenance of compliance information
- Collaborate with other teams to allow for an efficient onboarding and landing process for sponsored applicants
- Assist in the maintenance of the SMS System and Sponsorship Licence
- Support the maintenance and updating of internal guidance materials, internal handbook notes and information on our intranet
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Support the development of a strong compliance culture
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks as and when it may be required

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Demonstrable experience of working within a similar setting
- Experience of working within administration department
- Experience of minute taking and handling of queries
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of working with systems to support the admin department
