We are opening a new transitional neurorehabilitation service in Derbyshire for people who have a acquired brain injury. We are looking for a passionate, proactive, positive individual with a genuine interest in supporting individual's in their recovery and rehabilitation and to support the Assistant Psychologist and MDT in their work.

Our services bridge the gap from hospital based rehabilitation and the person's integration back home or onto independent living. We have a proven track record of working with individuals to support their adjustment and reach their rehabilitation goals. Both of our CQC inspected services are rated a highly unusual 'Outstanding' in all areas and both residential services are rated 'Outstanding' in all areas in their Headway Approved Provider inspections. Ariya Neuro Care achieved an exceptionally rare 'Platinum' rating at entry level in our Investors in People accreditation, which is indicative of the value we place on developing both our team and the people in our services
- Essential requirements for the role: _
- Genuinely, positive and caring attitude

- Passionate about supporting people to develop
- Special interest and experience in neuro-rehabilitation
- Over six months of experience in a Support Worker role (preferably with people with an acquired brain injury)
- Experience of working in an team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and works well in a team
- Reliable and high levels of integrity
- Ability to inspire and motivate others
- Psychology based undergraduate-graduate degree
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
- Ability to collate, analyse and present statistical and qualitative data
- Interest in research
