We are now recruiting for a Business Development Exec to start asap on a temporary (to possible permanent) basis for a very exciting and growing logistics and ecommerce business with one of their head offices based here in the Maylands Estate in Hemel Hempstead.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and see yourself as a proactive individual that wants to be part of a growing company that is changing the way their industry operate.
This position would be ideal for someone with experience in a sales role and environment with the ability to build relationships and achieve targets.
This role is based working with the Hemel Hempstead office and team, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, with the need to be in the offices 3 days a week and the other 2 remote based.
This role will be paying a starting salary of £25k + A monthly bonus for hitting KPIS as well as commission.
As this role is temporary, you would be paid weekly, at the hourly rate the equivalent of £25k, with your first weekly payment of each month including all your commission and KPI bonusses.

**Duties to include**:

- Cold Call to convert & grow new business sales
- Achieve all targets relating to activity and appointments set
- Pre - qualifying all new business leads & appointments
- To develop & own pipeline of new business sales
- Collecting & collating new business data
- Making a high volume of outbound calls daily to new business prospects
- Achieve & exceed monthly & yearly KPI's set by management
- Monitor & report weekly appointment performance
- Create, manage & update new business appointments on CRM system
- BDM diary management
- Following up & managing pending appointments
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met during all processes
- Excellent interpersonal & creative problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communications skills
- The ability to engage with prospective clients and close appointments
- Target orientated, able to handle pressure & be self-motivated
- Confident & proactive with an energetic approach to work
- Be highly motivated to achieve and beat all sales targets
- Knowledge of using CRM system & proficiency in MS office
- Professional manner & attitude to work
