MP Group UK Ltd is a multidisciplinary construction group specialising in energy efficiency, fit-out, mechanical & electrical, fire & security and renewables.

The Group covers the whole of the United Kingdom and provides services direct to local authorities, businesses, housing associations, energy companies and large retail clients.

Due to success in securing several new contracts, MP Group UK have openings for Resident Liaison Officers to join the teams on our external wall insulation projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with experience in a customer-facing or customer service role, and no previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer is necessary.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with homeowners/tenants, whilst ensuring effective communication between the company and residents throughout the duration of our projects.

Your main duties will include:

- Liaising with members of the public
- Sign up and liaising with customers
- Accepting, recording and resolving complaints or concerns
- Making appointments with homeowners/tenants for access to properties
- Notifying homeowners/tenants of work schedules and progress.
- Collation of forms from residents.

Previous experience in external wall insulation projects would be beneficial but is not necessary.

Due to the nature and location of these works, a full driving licence is essential. You will be provided with a company vehicle for business use.
