We’re working with a specialist IT training provider who are looking to hire Cyber Security Coaches / Mentors
As a Mentor, you’ll be allocated a group of apprentices who have enrolled on to Level 4 Cyber Security apprenticeship programmes.
You’ll provide regular coaching & support to them, using all your technical experience gained within your own security career to help each learner successfully achieve their apprenticeship to the highest level.
This is a 100% remote role - you can be based from anywhere in the UK. All coaching & mentoring can be delivered online from home.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years IT / Cyber / InfoSec industry experience
- An enjoyment & passion for coaching or training others, and helping others succeed.
Previous training or coaching experience is NOT a requirement - you will receive coaching training.
Starting salary is £50,000 & they boast one of the best benefits packages in this industry, including 40 days annual leave (+ bank holidays), medical & dental cover, + free access to all tech courses.
