Job Title: IT Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Symmetric Recruitment Ltd. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring cyber security best practice, formulating future cyber security strategy, and implementing necessary cyber security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of cyber security policies and procedures
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive cyber security strategy
• Provide on-going cyber security awareness training for the company
• Lead the IT disaster recovery plan and liaise with other departments as necessary

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT management and cyber security
• Strong knowledge of cyber security best practices and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
