We have an exciting opportunity for an SEO Specialist, to join our Marketing Department, based in our Head Office in Bristol. We are looking for a self-starter with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering results, as we continue to increase our brand reach and exposure. The role offers the unique opportunity of advising, liaising and working with multiple brands across two industries, for a market leader with a trusted reputation for innovation and creativity.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify new opportunities, trends and content opportunities that’ll help scale lead generation and customer acquisition within the target market
- Produce valuable and engaging content and messaging that attracts and converts the target audience
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as bounce rates, conversions, and ROI to influence future campaign design and budget spend
- Develop and execute automated activity throughout marketing funnels to enhance customer journeys and elevate acquisition
- Liaise with the internal team of designers, web developers and social media experts, plus external agencies to implement marketing campaigns
- Manage the website and implement the conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to increase the percentage of website conversions
- Optimise the website for search engines, addressing technical SEO issues and implement meta descriptions, alt tags and backlink strategy. Create keyword friendly, unique SEO content
- Optimise PPC campaigns to maximise results and return on ad spends (ROAS)
- Manage the organic and paid social media accounts
- Write and create content for various purposes, including web design and print
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget
- Build an inbound marketing plan
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
- Employ successful multi-channel marketing campaigns and their own implementation from start to finish, with the purpose of elevating brand awareness, creating sales leads and driving sales

**Salary**: Up to £40,000.00 per year
