- based Media Business needs Senior Sales Account Manager to join their growing Team
One of the most distinctive, and successful faith-led media organisations in Europe, are looking for a senior sales Account Manager to grow revenue by focusing on, Business Development and Account Management. My client covers a host of media platforms, including-radio,magazine, websites, and digital communications (podcasts). The role is based remotely (with occasional office attendance). Offices are in London
- Salary £35k-£42k + £70k OTE (Uncapped).
You will be;
Experienced in radio advertising and sponsorship selling, along with print and digital media, is also a distinct advantage. You will be an experienced doing the full sales process within the media advertising setting, with the ability to grow your own revenueand exceed targets.
Role Summary
Your role will be an equal split of 50% Business Development and 50% Account Management. You will actively bring in new business and manage clients during the life cycle of their campaigns and on a long-term basis. You will be actively selling to brands, inregards to their advertising needs, across the full media portfolio: - radio, print and digital advertising, promotions, sponsorships, and events, dealing with a broad range of faith-led and secular organisations.
Skills Required:

- 3 years+ in a Media sales (radio, digital, print)
- Proven track record of sales achievement
- Advanced knowledge in doing the full sales Process and value propositions.
- Strong Account Management experience (upselling/cross selling)
- Strong prospecting skills to find leads and win new clients.
- CRM usage for pipeline management
- Track record of cross-platform selling in an advertising setting
Core Responsibility:

- Work to a personal revenue target
- You will ensure your own account base is managed, reaches, and exceeds your own targets, and grows its income because of new business generation, cross-selling and upselling.
- Create structured commercial proposals with the ability to pitch, present to clients.
- Research clients, markets, competitors, to support business growth (podcasts, events)
- You will be comfortable in a deadline-driven environment and able to prioritise your workloads
- Regularly sell cross-platform in a media and advertising setting
- A confident presenter, with the ability to forge relationships with organisations of all sizes
- Able to manage and grow relationships with strategically important clients, exceeding their expectations in terms of service delivery
- Use CRM to manage your pipeline and your task lists
- Can work as part of a collaborative team, sharing best practices and acting as a role model to less experienced team members
