The Digital Content Creator is tasked with managing the production and execution of digital content creation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and exceeding client expectations.

**The Role**:
The main role for this position is to build out pages using our own bespoke content creation software called Learnify. If you have used PowerPoint or web creation software then you will already have a basic understanding of the platform, it is very similar in structure and content. The pages will be mocked up in PowerPoint and then digitised using our content creator. The role will also involve creating and striping assets from files supplied using adobe software and saving into a format to upload to our system.

The platform is constantly being updated and developed. As a content creator your daily input and knowledge will be gathered to help understand how the platform can be improved for both UX and UI.

The role isn’t a graphic design role and even though at times these skills may be required this position would not suit someone looking for a graphic design position. If you have an interest in design and layout then training and development will be given.

**Key Stakeholders**:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will engage with various internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis, including the Studio Team Leader, colleagues based both locally and abroad, esteemed clients across diverse geographical regions, and the business owners. Furthermore, collaboration with freelancers or other pertinent stakeholders may be necessitated by project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As with any modern studio the depth and breadth of the role can vary from day to day, project to project. This job description is intended to provide an outline of the key responsibilities and outcomes required for the role of Digital Content Creator however, the role will evolve and could include other duties that may reasonably be required.

Planning:

- Assist the team in scoping, planning and scheduling of work (ClickUp)

Production:

- Layout design
- eLearning design
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator)
- PowerPoint page creation
- Generating and editing assets and illustrations
- Microsoft software including Teams
- Video editing (desirable)
- Wireframe development (desirable)

Account Management:
Liaising with clients and suppliers and carrying out administration duties for all stakeholders
- Support in the up-selling of products to current key stakeholders
- Support new key stakeholders

Marketing:

- Contribute to marketing ideas and concepts; create and execute
- Support the Account Executive in maintaining Learnify’s growing online presence including our website, blogs, LinkedIn and video channels
- Support senior management with all networking events
- Work closely with the team to plan, action social media & google ads, monitor and report on Google Analytics
- Support the team and update content on the website when needed.

General:

- Supporting the team on specific digital projects

Quality:

- To provide professional and effective services to all stakeholders meeting expectations, particularly in terms of quality and timelines
- Oversee and manage external compliance requirements
- To manage own personal development in line with agreed annual performance objectives

Admin:

- Ensure the department meets all requirements to the minimum levels of performance

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- GCSE in English / Maths / IT / design or equivalent
- Other skill sets, including Photoshop, Illustrator and being able to use a Content Management System
