Farnham, United Kingdom OME for Jonathan Collins and Associates Full time

Our client is one of the largest privately-owned regional newspaper groups in the UK. They are looking for 2 editors, one based in Devon the other based in Surrey, both roles will report to the Group Editorial Director. Whilst the role is a hybrid one, the RDE will be expected to visit the various offices 2/3 days per week

Key responsibilities:
- Oversee content production across all digital titles

Produce and manage hyperlocal engaging content, including “today” stories, social media, live blogs and video

Manage the teams and processes to ensure agreed content volumes are met

Work with the central content to target new audiences

Use of analytic tools to analyse audience data, identify trends in order to drive page views

Support the training and development of staff.

Both roles will involve managing staff out of regional offices supporting their regional brands. There are 15 reporters across the two sites. There is a senior reporter at each location and these 4 will report to the new Regional Digital Editor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year
