**Position Overview**:
The Administrative and Social Media Specialist at Phantom Hire will ensure smooth daily operations while managing and enhancing our online presence across various social media platforms. This role requires a proactive individual who seamlessly blends organisational tasks with creative endeavors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Tasks:
1. Coordinate and schedule bookings, ensuring all participants have the necessary resources and information.

2. Manage and organize company records, documents, and CRM databases.

4. Collaborate with different departments to ensure cohesive operations.

5. Provide assistance in project management by tracking and reporting on project progress.
- Social Media Tasks:
1. Manage and update Phantom Hire's social media profiles, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

2. Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia.

3. Monitor and engage with user comments, feedback, and messages.

4. Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve engagement.

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, ensuring Phantom Hire remains at the forefront of online engagement.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office management systems and procedures.
- Hands-on experience managing and creating content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in office software tools and social media management tools.
- Creativity and ability to produce visually appealing content.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and SEO best practices.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A genuine passion for social media and brand representation.
