Language School Activity Leader

Up to £11.00 per hour based on age and experience

London House School of English, Westgate-on-Sea is looking for competent and flexible Activity Leaders to join our team

The role of Social Activity Leader is vital to the enjoyment of the students attending the school. Social Activity leaders coordinate entertainment, social and recreational events at the school and have the following responsibilities:

- Monitoring students at all times, for safety, enjoyment and participation
- Engage and liaise with the students' Group leaders and teachers
- Running activities such as team building, discos, quizzes and sports etc
- Setting up venues for activities and cleaning up them after they have been used
- Lead trips to and give tours of various destinations such as London and Canterbury
- Liaise with and assist external activity providers e.g. DJ
- Experience in this role (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Enhanced DBS certificate (we can arrange this)
- Level 1 Safeguarding and Prevent Training (we can arrange this)
- Level 1 First Aid (we can arrange this)
