Are you looking to get experience in social housing? If so, then an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Lettings Team on a permanent basis.

The role is in a fast paced working environment, delivering excellent customer service to new and transferring Bristol City Council Tenants.

You will be responsible for managing a patch of vacant Bristol City Council Homes, to achieve timely lettings, to reduce void rent loss and deliver new homes to those in need of housing from the housing register, Homechoice Bristol.

You will get to work collaboratively with colleagues across Bristol City Councils housing and landlord services, from estates, relets and rents teams, to ensure clean set up of new tenancies.

You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to use IT as well as great time management and organisational skills.
