**Anti-Social Behaviour and Lettings Manager**

**LOCATION**: Bristol

**RATE**:£20 - £26 per hour (Based on experience)

**DURATION**: 4 - 6 Weeks

**HOURS**: 37 per week

**Purpose of role**:

- Develop the Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) service provided to customers as well as supporting 2 ASB Officers in the delivery of their service.
- Assist 2 Lettings officers with their voids and allocations service.

**Duties**:

- Line management responsibility of 2 Anti-Social Behaviour Officers and 2 Lettings Officers.
- Budgetary responsibility.
- Working alongside other housing management teams as well as internal void team to efficiently meet targets.
- Supervise your team, ensuring they are supported and advised wherever needed.
- Lead in service delivery.
- Work alongside third party organisations to achieve collective results while supporting customers and victims.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators, review services and implement new strategies if applicable.
- Advocate for your team and wider organisation, ensuring everyone internally follows the organisations policies and procedures.
- Ensure the Lettings team are providing a high performing service.
- Work alongside local authorities when implementing Local Lettings Plans in order to sustain communities.
- Ensure properties are let to the organisations standards and compliant with Health and Safety legislation.
- Attend County Court or Criminal Court if necessary.
- Monitor subletting and tenancy fraud cases, discussing appropriate solutions and addressing these issues with support from the Housing Team Manager.
- Tackle non-compliance and tenancy breaches.

**Key Skills**:

- Knowledge of Housing Law, Neighbourhood Management issues and Housing Practice.
- Experience of line management and budget responsibility.
- Relationship and customer management.
- Self-Motivated
- Resilient
- Full UK Driving License and Access to own vehicle.
- Experience within Anti-Social Behaviour, Housing Management or Lettings managerial positions.
