The Ticket Factory is a leading national ticket agent for events across the UK and the official box office for the National Exhibition Centre, Genting Arena and Arena Birmingham.

We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing people with a positive confident attitude, excellent communication skills and an exceptional phone manor to work in our Contact Centre, located at the NEC. You will play an important role, selling tickets, handling customer enquiries and keeping our customers happy. You will be expected to provide a quality front line service, handling customer bookings and helping to resolve enquiries over the phone.
Our Contact Centre is the hub of our modern and comfortable offices at The NEC and provides a customer focused booking service 7 days a week. Our Customer Advisors work annualised hours on a flexible rota covering shifts between 08:45am - 19:00pm, including weekends. They also cover Box Office/kiosk duties at events and on concert nights.
