**6 - Month Fixed Term Contract**
Our Export Solutions team ensures our EU customers receive the best-in-class customer experience.
This is a fast-paced, global and high-pressure job that is very busy but will provide excellent experience for the right person looking to build their knowledge in a logistics and export environment.
We aim to ensure the best possible customer satisfaction while providing fast and efficient delivery.
**What will I be doing?**
You will be working with a customer service team focusing on end-to-end order processing across the EU boarder. You will have accountability working closely with our partners and ensuring export orders are processed and delivered on time.
Your other responsibilities will be:
- Establish and build strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and customers.
- Resolve customer enquiries and manage any complaints.
- Seek to improve processes with customer experience front and centre continuously.
- Develop customer relationships with a view to drive revenue.
**What do I need to be successful?**
We are looking for someone looking to find that next level on their career, you may be already in the logistics and supply chain world but looking to add to your experience outside the UK?
You don’t need much, but we do need:
- SAP experience
- Customer service knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- A good understanding of numeracy
- Analytical mind
- Excellent written communication skills
- Good influencing skills
