**Engineer Coordinator & Service Administrator**

**Salary: £26,000 - £30,000**

**Based: Uxbridge**

A market leading Global Print machinery company is looking to recruit Engineer Coordinator & Installations Coordinator ( Service Administrator) to work in their Service department in Stockley Business Park, Uxbridge.

The role will provide the administration and schedules all resources for machine installations. This role liaises closely with the sales administration team and works very closely with the Installations & Demonstrator Supervisors.

The aim of this position is to effectively plan all installations resources and ensure customer expectations are met. The Service Administrator part of this role has responsibility for providing service agreement administration across the whole NorthernEurope Cluster. The main aim of the position is to create contract paperwork and implement contracts onto SAP for Cluster Northern Europe in a cost effective and strategic manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise directly with Sales Administration to plan machine installations
- Liaise with customer, sending all customer correspondence (confirmation, PQC & Warranty letters)
- Updating SAP system (raising & maintaining Service Orders).
- Planning install manning effectively (alongside Work Control Team).
- Working alongside 3rd parties when required.
- Uploading relevant information to customer case system.
- Ensuring all installation feedback forms are complete and return expeditiously.
- Maintaining workload for demonstrators and installation crew.
- Logging Service calls for demonstrator assistance / breakdowns.
- Invoicing service orders upon completion.
- Ensuring Job queues are maintained.
- Creating purchase orders for 3rd parties
- Creating Contracts & associated paperwork
- Processing Press License Key Requests
- Generating Contract quotations
- Liaising with 'internal' customers where necessary (Stores dept, HO Sales, Sale admin).
- Highlighting areas that may require improvement / training to improve customer experience.
- Sorting out invoice queries and creating Credits
- Any other tasks as requested by management

**Skills and Experience**:

- Must have experience of working in the service industry
- Working in a customer Service team that deals with Engineers, customers and internal departments
- The role requires the highest level of communication, the ability to work to set timescales, diligence and attention to detail
- A good level of IT skills, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel and experience of using SAP advantageous, as would the ability to learn and absorb bespoke software
- Qualifications to A Level's standard and above would be advantageous
- Someone who understands the importance of managing and running a smooth efficient scheduling process
- This person will need to have the competencies to implement efficiency's, thrives on problem solving and be confident to take ownership of the scheduling of the engineers.
- Internal and external customer experiences must be at the core of this persons drive; therefore, impeccable communication is a must.
