**About Us**:
R M Labels Limited provide identification products to the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors throughout the UK, and occasionally further afield. A small, family run business with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer service, supplying quality products, and often working to deadlines.

**The Role**:
**The Person**:
The ideal applicant will be hard working, able to self-motivate, computer literate and friendly.
- Have excellent organisational skills.
- Have excellent communication skills with both customers and fellow employees.
- Have an excellent telephone manner and good customer service skills.
- Deal with a diverse range of people and be able to communicate effectively.
- Be able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure, prioritise jobs as necessary and use own initiative.
- Be flexible and happy to get involved in a variety of tasks.
- Have strong literacy skills, both written and verbal.
- Have excellent numeracy skills.

**Responsibilities and Key Criteria to include**:

- Dealing with telephone calls.
- Processing orders and quotations in a timely manner.
- Keeping schedules and records up-to-date, and in a timely manner.
- General administration duties.
- Checking information is accurate.

- Management and prioritisation skills.

**Hours of Work**:

- Full-time, permanent position.
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

**Salary**

£18,000-£22,000 per annum depending on experience and individual merit.

**Experience**:

- Sales / Office Administration: ideally at least 1 year.
- A strong understanding of Excel spreadsheets is required.
- A knowledge of Xero accounting, Magento II websites and Insightly CRM would be an advantage, but is not essential as training will be provided.
