**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as Senior Stores Clerk - Catering & Vending.

As part of the role there is extensive manual handling duties, both in the main store and across the campus, all of which must be carried out in line with current Health & Food Safety legislation. The shift pattern is set 5/7 to cover the diverse service delivery needs, and can include early mornings, late evenings, and possible weekend work.
- To hold a Basic Certificate in Food Hygiene or be willing to work towards
- Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent) or be willing to work towards.
- Experience of working within a large team within a large area.
- To have current experience and knowledge of working with all aspects of IT, and have experience in using stock management systems, including data input and stock taking.
- To have the ability to prioritise workload to achieve business service requirements
- To have the ability to have effective communication skills and ability to liaise with other departments confidently.
