**This post is full time and permanent, 35 hours per week.**

The University of Westminster is seeking to appoint a full-time Organisational Development Advisor to join its Organisational Development team within the HR Department. This is an exciting opportunity to join, grow and develop in a high-impact, specialistteam committed to supporting the development and growth of its colleagues across the University, and building a positive and sustainable workplace culture for all.

This role is ideal for anyone looking to further their practice in learning and organisational development and to enhance their group facilitation and training delivery skills, together with expanding their professional networks and working closely acrossa range of key projects including Equality Diversity and Inclusion development and Coaching.

The post holder will play a key role in leading and managing the core organisational development programme and related activities and projects - ensuring the programme is fit-for-purpose and meets the needs of the University. They will be responsible forthe design, development, and delivery of a range of learning programmes and development interventions including e-learning modules, courses, and workshops - working in partnership with the wider Organisational Development team, University advisory teams andexternal suppliers.

It offers the opportunity to work flexibly in a hybrid environment and across our vibrantLondon campuses including Regent Street, New Cavendish Street, Marylebone and Harrow.
