**Your new company**

I am partnering with a huge global organisation undergoing an exciting period of change who are looking for an Organisation Development Project Manager. In this exciting and lively assignment, you will use your Project Management and Human Resources experienceto support day-to-day project delivery within the Organisational Development team. This will be an amazing opportunity for you to help shape, develop and deliver dynamic transformation programmes.
**Your new role**

Organisation Development Project Manager,

£380-£400 per day inside IR35

**What you get in return**
Your talents will play an instrumental part in delivering change within my client's merge, a process which will take several years, and is a very people friendly role which will bring a lot of personal satisfaction. There is therefore a lot of tenure in thisrole once you settle in, with potential long terms extensions on the rolling contract. The maximum rate is £400 per day inside IR35 with the option to work 3 of 5 days a week at home and full compensation of travel for visit to the secondary site. Both sitesare extremely modern and excellent workspaces that foster a friendly and collaborative environment.
**Requirements**:

- Strong project management skills
- Staffing / Human resources experience
- Organisational development, Organisation change programmes and projects
- Experience in managing cross functional project at enterprise level
- Strong PowerPoint skills, Excel, Projects
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage a heavy workload
- Delivery of agile transformation in large enterprise
