We are looking for a friendly Norwich based PA/ Secretary for a plastic surgeon doing private practice at the Spire Norwich Hospital, Global Diagnostic and Brooke. Work involve working at the Brooke Clinic 2 - 3 time a week a week and rest from home. We are a new company so things are flexible. We are a new growing company and looking for people with new ideas and able to work with social media. Ideally looking for someone working 5 days a week but again depeding on situation this can vary. Pay is also negotiable on level of experience

**Flexible hours working from home**

Duties include

**Invoicing and collecting fees using the Xero software**

**letter typing and general communication with patients**

**Booking patients for procedures by communicating with personal at the Spire Norwich Hospital**

**Must have a friendly and patient disposition**

**liasing with spire Norwich to book Botox and breast implants**
- patients are booked using clinic software therefore ideally have some knowledge of its use or a similar booking software

Co-ordinating patients at Brooke clinic

**Update Surgeon calendar**

Ideally must have medical secretarial experience

We are a close knit new company and value commitment and friendly personalities. We would also be trialling over a 3-6 month period in the initial instance.

Salary will increase as the company grows and the responsibilities increase and person becomes an integral member of the team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £6,000.00-£12,000.00 per year
