Showroom Host

**About us**
Do you pride yourself on delivering fantastic customer service? Here at Motorrad Sunderland, we are looking for a Showroom Host to ensure our customers have a smooth transition between entering our showroom and being introduced to one of our Sales Executives for a professional presentation of motorcycles.

This is a full time position and we are offering a basic salary of £22,500 alongside an OTE of £25,000 plus company benefits

**About the Role**
This is a pro-active role where the first impression is critically important, from a polite and attentive welcome to walk-in customers to offering advice about products, specifications and even assist on configuration of the customer’s perfect motorcycle

You will become an expert in Motorrad products and be able to demonstrate this knowledge to customers as well as actively promoting Motorrad motorcycle clothing & accessories using social media.

You will be required to maintain and dress motorcycle accessories and clothing area on a daily basis including all up to date pricing as well as being responsible for website stock maintenance ensuring photos of new and used motorcycles are kept up to date.

You will be required to meet and greet all customers on arrival to the showroom and ensure that their time at the showroom is an exceptional and enjoyable experience. You will also be required provide our customers with refreshments as well as being essential in assisting the sales executives deliver fantastic customer service.
