Internal Recruiter

**Recruiter - £24,000-£27,000 - 37 hours per week**
The recruitment team is part of a wider People & Culture team and will also contribute to the Trusts People Strategy with a great emphasis on Recruitment & Retention.
**The responsibilities of the Recruiter**:

- Effectively managing and co-ordinating the recruitment process, adhering to recruitment and selection policies, guidelines and regulations
- Managing a high-volume portfolio of adverts and vacancies
- Maintaining a pool of talent to meet the Trust’s recruitment requirements
- Maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers
- Handling enquiries and providing support to Hiring Managers
- Acting as a liaison between the hiring managers, the compliance administrators and resource colleagues and the wider People and Culture Team
- Working with the Resourcer to output relevant adverts
- Meeting deadlines and achieving KPI targets
- Accurately recording data and maintaining recruitment and applicant tracking systems
- Managing relationships with external third parties around advertising vacancies

**What we need from YOU**:

- Relevant experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment, and the ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls
- Experience managing your own workload and providing customer service
- Be competent in using IT systems and Microsoft Office packages
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- The ability to manage and deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The role is advertised as Pickering based however there is scope to work from our York Office
