Receptionist

Interaction Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a highly reputable organisation based on the outskirts of Oakham and Stamford.

My client is seeking a Receptionist to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

**SALARY: £20,000 - £22,000**

**LOCATION: OUTSKIRTS OF OAKHAM/STAMFORD**
- Confident and outgoing, with a good work ethic and good sense of humour
- Ability to communicate verbally, in a clear and efficient manner, with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Excellent organisation skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team, as well as using your own initiative
- Good standard of IT
- Good attention to detail and experience in all aspects of administration, across a number of departments

**Main Accountabilities:**
- Reception - meeting and greeting customers and supplier, photocopying, scanning, taking messages, incoming and outgoing calls, dealing with incoming and outgoing post and providing refreshments to visitors
- Answering the phone, ensuring messages are passed on accurately and efficiently, and in a timely manner
- Inputting data, keeping records and statistics. Confidential and general filing
- Processing invoices, statements and much more that will allow you to work with experienced staff gaining essential practical skills
