Charles River Laboratories is seeking an **IT Specialist 3 **for** **our **Information Technology Team **within our** Safety Assessment **site located in** Shrewsbury, MA.**
The IT Specialist 3 collaborates with the IT Site Service Team Lead on a regular basis. The specialist is responsible for but not limited to supporting/monitoring and troubleshooting network/server/VM infrastructure consisting of MS Windows Operating Systems (7/10), MS Windows Server (2008/2016), Active Directory, Office365, Office Suite, Cisco Networking, VMWare vSphere 6.5, SCCM, Bomgar, Remote Desktop,Oracle/SQL client support, Lab Applications, General Desktop User Applications, Cisco Phone System Support

**Job Qualifications**
- **_Education: _**BA/BS or equivalent in computer science or related discipline.
- **_Experience:_** **Minimum 6-9 years IT related
- **_Technology:_** As above
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
- **_Certification/Licensure:_** MCSE Preferred
- **_Other:_** Requires good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
The pay range for this position is $83,000 - $100,000 annualized. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
